If you have only an air supply, the board is automatically maintained horizontal with air springs.
You need not worry about the levelling, and you can concentrate your efforts to your research or measurement.
For users who need not air supply, we prepare simple use air shielding types, maintenance-free spring types, and high performance rubber types.
You can select among PB series according to the size and weight of the apparatus you are going to load.
- An auto-levelling function is attached (horizontal level keeping). *Some types are not included.
Only two seconds are necessary to get air intake and exhaust with high performance valves.
The swing occurred at the time of apparatus loading will be reduced in a minute. - The heights of Showa Science’s vibration isolation boards are the thinness of the industry highest level.

High stiffness honeycomb plate is adopted. The surface plate is made of SUS430, having magnetism.
The plate is M6 tapped with 25 mm pitch.

The plates are buff grind processed and painted black. Equipment, which is not strong for high frequency such as optical experiment apparatuses, is most suitable.

The thickness is 61 mm the thickness of the industry highest level, and auto-levelling function is equipped.This is the excellent performance model of passive board type vibration isolator.
Even in the case of the unbalance load, auto level adjuster works the air springs to level horizontal.
With the on-off operation of a pin lever valve, air is supplied or exhausted in a short time (about 2 seconds) to reduce the swing caused at the time of load setting.

This type is maintenance free, and has high attenuation characteristic and high performance which cannot be expected in the conventional vibration isolation board.
